How do I return an item? CANCELLATIONS
We will always accept returns subject to cancellation policy.
Budget will make every effort to exchange equipment for another in an effort to minimize fees.
If your order has not shipped, we will refund 100% of your payment if paid by cash, money order, or cashiers check. If your order has not shipped, we will refund 100% of your payment if paid by credit card or Paypal online. If your order has been shipped and you have not unpacked or opened your order, we will refund 90% less shipping costs. (Shipping cost will be double because of return shipping.)
If you have received your order and opened it and it can not be returned in original condition as shipped, we will refund upon receipt and inspection an amount that is fair and equitable to both parties. We cannot accept the return of used items. |
